Day 3 - Yep! I've been a slacker
I know! I know! I've been a slacker, and haven't been updating this thing, but I've been a busy girl. Anyhow, we're onto day 3. Day 2 was a badddddddd day. THANK GOD for the condiments section. I never EVER realized how much we depend on those things. So far I've lost 4 lbs in 2 days. Not too bad I think, and I'm much better about drinking my water. 100 oz is SO bad. Well, right now I'm eating my lunch so let me get back to it. I'll let you know how it goes.

Got the Program In!
Alright, so we received our program yesterday. Whoo! Was it ALOT of reading material.......but the gist of it is, you answer some questions, and it tells you what body type you are, I'm a B, and then you pick out the blue print of what your body looks like now (Have I mentioned that I believe I'm a fat cow?) Then it give you a CUSTOMIZED eathing plan to help you speed up your metabolism, so you are eating more and losing more. OH, and you have to drink AT LEAST 100 oz of water a day (Yep, my mouth hit the floor too....bathroom HERE I COME!) It also gives you a cusomized work-out plan to help you lose weight. Its pretty cool. Today, I've decided to go ahead and TRY to drink all the water (me and mr. potty get to develop our ever evolving relationship) and I'm enjoying my last bowl of grits until Monday, when we start. So wish me look, and I'm gonna go SAVOR those things!!

Getting Started
Ok.....so, as you learned on my other blog, http://kaelynnashleigh.blogspot.com/, I have decided to buy this Six Week Body Makeover by Micheal Thurmond (*fingers, legs, toes, eyes, anything else crossed that it works*). I decided, it would just be easier to start a blog about it to show how my progress is and how well it works. So, UPS delivers the program today (hopefully right now as I write this) and we get to start, and you will get a chance to see how well it works on my path to losing weight.
